General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries made by Gallery U17, J. Daniel (hereinafter "Gallery U17") to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

2. Contracting Parties

The purchase contract is concluded with Gallery U17, Proprietor: Jörg Daniel, Unterwaldener Str. 17, 44141 Dortmund, Germany.

3. Conclusion of Contract

3.1. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but merely an invitation to place an order.

3.2. By clicking the [Buy/Order with obligation to pay] button, you submit a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order via an order confirmation sent by email immediately after receipt of your order.

4. Payment

4.1. Payment may be made via advance payment, Stripe, or cash on delivery.

4.2. If you select prepayment as your payment method, we will provide our bank details in the order confirmation and ship the goods upon receipt of payment.

5. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

6. Warranty for Material Defects

6.1. Gallery U17 is liable for material defects in accordance with applicable statutory provisions, in particular Sections 434 et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB).

6.2. An additional warranty applies to goods supplied by Gallery U17 only if expressly stated in the order confirmation for the specific item.

7. Dispute Resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Prices and Shipping Costs

The prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.

In addition to the listed prices, we charge the exact shipping costs incurred per order for delivery within Germany. These shipping costs are clearly displayed on the product pages, in the shopping cart, and on the order page; however, for security reasons and depending on the artwork ordered, arrangements may also be made in advance for delivery via a specialized art shipping service.

For cash-on-delivery payments, an additional fee of 5 euros applies, which is collected by the delivery agent upon delivery. No further taxes or costs apply.

Delivery

Delivery is carried out worldwide using local logistics providers; within Germany, Gallery U17 ships via DHL or, upon prior consultation, via specialized art shipping.

Delivery times are up to 3 days within Germany, up to 10 days within Europe, and up to 28 days for intercontinental shipments. Any exceptions to these delivery times are noted separately on the respective product page.
